1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Elevate Edge (PTY) Ltd/Elevate Edge, its subsidiaries, and authorized representatives.

  • “Client” refers to any individual or entity who engages Elevate Edge (PTY) Ltd/Elevate Edge.

  • “Candidate” refers to a job seeker introduced to the Client by Elevate Edge (PTY) Ltd/Elevate Edge.


2. Scope of Services

Elevate Edge (PTY) Ltd provides human resource consulting, recruitment, staffing, training, and related HR services as agreed upon in a formal service agreement or project brief.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete job descriptions and company information.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with employment laws when hiring any candidate introduced by Elevate Edge.

  • Clients must notify Elevate Edge immediately upon hiring a candidate introduced by us.


4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or quotation.

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.


5. Guarantee and Replacement Policy

  • If a candidate leaves or is terminated within a specified period (e.g., 90 days), Elevate Edge may offer a one-time free replacement, provided payment was made in full and on time.

  • This guarantee does not apply in cases of redundancy, restructuring, or changes in job role.


6. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between Elevate Edge and the Client is treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

Elevate Edge will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Client resulting from the introduction or employment of a candidate, including but not limited to financial loss or damage to business reputation.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any outstanding payments and project completion terms.


9. Data Protection

Elevate Edge complies with all applicable data protection laws. Personal information of candidates and clients will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
